Shipping policy

All flat rate shipping (i.e. one fixed amount, no extra cost for additional items) carried out via Australia Post.

Australia

Regular Parcel Post (with tracking): $9

Regular post generally will take 2– 7 business days for most parts of Australia

Express Post: $15

Express post generally will take around 1 – 3 business days for most parts of Australia

In-Person Pickup (Huntingdale, 6110, WA): TBA

 

International

We currently do not post internationally; we endeavor to grow and make this available later. Contact Us at CLFoxCollectables@outlook.com.au if any further queries.

 

Local Pickup (TBA)

Local pickup is available at Huntingdale, WA, 6110. Simply select ‘pickup’. After placing order and selecting pickup we will be in contact with you with instructions for pickup and to arrange a time that suits both parties.

 

Dispatch of regular orders

All orders for stock on the online store will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends or public holidays) via Australia Post. Tracking notifications will be sent via the email provided on your order. The tracking notification can occasionally go to a spam/promotions folder.

 

Dispatch of pre-orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, it will not be shipped until all products are available. This date may change from time of order with the manufacturer being responsible for the release.

We recommend that you place pre-orders separately to in stock items.

 

Packaging of orders

All measures are taken to ensure the correct amount of care is taken to keep your item secure and safe throughout shipping. We welcome any feedback to further improve our shipping services.

All singles will be shipped in waterproof plastic sleeves and high value cards will also be protected by top loaders.

 

Checking Status of Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
