Refund & Return policy

Refunds and returns will be provided on the following basis in line with Australian consumer law.

 

Returns

Any request for a return must be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition (compared to photo/s of all stock listed) that you received it (i.e. unopened where applicable) and in its original packaging. 

Gifts cards cannot be returned or refunded.

To start a return, you can contact us at CLFoxCollectables@outlook.com.au. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

As per Australian consumer law, refunds on change of mind are at the discretion of CLFox Collectables. All sales are final and refunds may not be given if you change your mind after purchase, this includes changes in your personal circumstances.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with a photo attached at CLFoxCollectables@outlook.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do not attempt to open any damaged parcel/s as this could impact a return and refund claim

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you ship a return we will deduct the cost from the refund credit


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at CLFoxCollectables@outlook.com.au.

There is a 5% handling and processing fee for all relevant refunds.
